I loved the 'guided reflection' methodology of this course. I'm an analytical and reflective person but I had not really thought deeply or identified my 'limiting beliefs' and where these had come from. With Suzy's guidance and the exercises I was able to identify one belief that I think has been at the core of a lot of my lack of confidence. I look forward to slowly challenging this in the ways that are suggested and 're-writing the story'! A very insightful and useful course.

This course offers really great value, as it can be repeated over and over to challenge negative patterns of thinking that might crop up. I found it warm and compassionate, but also based on real tried-and-tested therapeutic principles-- delivered by someone with lots of experience, both professionally and personally. I like the way that it empowers you to take charge of your own story, to no longer just be someone who things just happen to, but to take the reins.

Hi, I’m Suzy, founder of Rediscover Resilience.

I’m an Associate Lecturer and Clinical Trainer, where I train future Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners for the NHS and deliver masterclasses to qualified PWPs. After overcoming my own struggles with imposter syndrome and burnout, I’m passionate about helping other women rewrite their stories and rediscover their resilience.

Grounded in Professional Practice

Previously worked with the NHS and University of Exeter as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Lecturer in Applied Psychology.
