I'm an analytical and reflective person but I had not really thought deeply or identified my 'limiting beliefs' and where these had come from. With Suzy's guidance and the exercises I was able to identify one belief that I think has been at the core of a lot of my lack of confidence. I look forward to slowly challenging this in the ways that are suggested and 're-writing the story'! A very insightful and useful course.

I like the way that it empowers you to take charge of your own story, to no longer just be someone who things just happen to, but to take the reins.
